Robyn Crosswhite
Robyn is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Founder of Revive skin clinic & aesthetics, and Co- Founder of Wild Roots Wellness Center, with over 13 years of experience across emergency medicine, critical care, surgical services, ENT/allergy, pediatrics, medical dermatology, and aesthetics. She earned her BSN from Lubbock Christian University in 2010 and her MSN/FNP from Graceland University in 2016.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Robyn has completed formal dermatology training, functional dermatology coursework, and extensive gut health education. She is certified in hormone replacement therapy through both the Heather Hirsch Academy and Evexipel, and holds a Sexual Wellness Certification from the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISSM). Robyn was also recently selected as a national trainer in regenerative aesthetics, reflecting her advanced skill and leadership in the field.
Warm, personable, and passionate about whole-person wellness, Robyn creates customized treatment plans that support natural beauty, hormonal balance, and long-term vitality. She has lived in the Permian Basin for over 15 years and enjoys reading, being a cheer mom, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Brynn Garza
Brynn Garza is a licensed esthetician and the newest member of the Revive family. Brynn is Aerolase laser certified, and her favorite treatments include BioRePeel and the ZO Custom Facial.

Dr. Anna Rosinska, Medical Director
Dr. Anna Rosinka is a highly skilled medical professional specializing in dermatology, internal medicine, and aesthetics with over 20 years of expertise in aesthetic medicine. She completed her residencies at the Medical University of Warsaw and St. Barnabas Hospital in New York. Currently, Dr. Rosinka serves as the Medical Director at Revive Skin Clinic & Aesthetics in West Texas, offering oversight in skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and facial aesthetics. She is certified in a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser therapies, stem cell therapies, regenerative medicine, hormone management, and weight loss protocols.
